Eco Lunch Boxes. Tri-Bento Giveaway with Dipper Snack Container! Vedged Out 12 Days of Christmas

DSC_0011The Tri-Bento Lunch box. Yes you can have vegan mac & cheese (coming on the blog in 2014), a lovely little salad, some honeycrisp apples and homemade cashew yogurt (also coming on the blog in 2014) on the go.

I first found Eco Lunch Boxes while I was searching for unique and beautiful cloth napkins to feature in my food photography (If you follow this blog, you know that’s about as detailed as it gets when I come to props). And boy do they ever have gorgeous ones! Their hand printed textiles are made by artisans and come in so many designs and colors.

I also happened to be looking for a lunchbox, that was, ahem, dog proof. My dog is a sweetheart, but my kids aren’t good about putting backpacks or lunchboxes away when they come home from school and I can’t count the number of lunchboxes our pup has chewed through when we weren’t looking. Too bad the lunchboxes don’t come with a tracking device. This model is currently somewhere at my kids school.

  1. I have been job hunting and I know that I will need this lunch bad to carry my vegan lunch in to work every day.

  2. Because I bought a cheapo bento box a couple of months ago and regret on a daily basis that I didn’t just go for a nicer one. =]

But wait. I am also freaking out about the mac n’ cheese and cashew yogurt both. I’ll be waiting with baited breath 🙂

  3. My non-vegan co-workers would be so envious to see me parading around with such an adorable lunch bag (packed with leftover vedgedout recipes!).

  4. I pack my husband’s lunch. He is tough on containers. I don’t like plastic; besides the fact he works construction and can get the things grubby and stained. He’s been known to drop and break glass containers. These would be perfect! Unstainable, unbreakable… even if they are losable! Hope you find your missing one.

I love the napkins! That’s what’s been missing from my photos – shots of color. Great idea.

  5. With a long commute to and from school every day we usually eat on the run. These would be perfect to pack our lunches in.

  6. Thanks for the giveaway. These “tiffins” will make great take out containers as well as lunch containers; no more leaving food so as to not have to take home styrofoam. Cool!
