I would love to try the vegan BBQ sandwich. I have yet to find a veganized version that I like.
My mom’s beef stroganoff…I don’t miss the meat but I miss the whole white rice with a thick chunky yumful sauce as comfort food kinda thing. Soy curls would make perfect chunks! 🙂
