Hmmm, the foxy moxy is the cheapest and fastest. And it’s incredible on pizza 🙂 You’d just need to soak the cashews for several hours to make sure they blend entirely.

trying to make vegan cheese but cant get to set and firm up at hard as i like. follow the smoked gouda recipe but use guar gum instead of xantum gum and agar powder. found out agar and xantam ore not the same thing as i was once told. but can guar gum and agar powder be subbed for each other. i cannot find agar powder any where local except on amazon. shipping is too much and takes too long I NEED SOME CHEESE! please help . thankyou
Susan, try this recipe instead. You need to have the correct ingredients to make the cheese though. Otherwise it won’t turn out.
